My first few hands were very promising and I earned a few chips - alas I soon learned that it wasn't to last and just managed to stay for the first hour.
My hands then went from bad to worse - and I exited on a whimper

Tough final table especially the last 5 or 6. It seemed like no one could get a sizeable advantage for ages. Then there was "that" hand. Can`t completely remember how it unfoldeded but I know I was in one of the blinds. There had been a minimum raise that I called with As3s and the flop came A-3-10. I checked and Niti pushed all-in. Messican called and I went over the top of him all-in, he called and had a couple of hundred left. When the hands turned over Niti had A-6 and Messian A-Q, the turn was a blank and then Nitit caught a 6 on the river to give her a better 2 pair and over 15,000 chips. That was a tough beat for me and I really thought I`d blown my chances for another win. Fortunately the break was soon after and with Messican eliminated in 4th I knew I`d cashed and decided I just needed to go for it when we returned. Got pretty lucky against Niti with Q-8 vs her A-8 and found myself back in the game.

HU was interesting, I`d never played Niti HU I don`t think. It took me a while to find a few cards and to figure out how she was playing. We went back and forth for a while with our stacks pretty much level. Then there was this hand which was about 3 or 4 hands from the final hand and really set up the win.

Blinds at 300-600 with a 75 ante.

Starting chips

SB - DM 11,100
BB - Niti 11,400

I was dealt 10d 6d and just called. Niti checked and we saw a flop.

7c 5d 8s

Niti bet 900 which I called.

pot 3,150

Turn 7d

Niti bets 1,200 and I raise to 4,350.

Niti folds
