Chipsets to their comppoint store

After waiting almost 1 year they finally got new chipsets there - 250.000 comppoints if you want 1

Hopefully I'll get mine soon , just ordered it

For all of you playing at Poker.com, Carbon or Nordica - there have been a lot of issues with getting promo things (prices etc.) and it was discussed in several forums.

My story about it is the opposite of all that whining and ranting about the comppoint store.

I once ordered a coffee mug - and it was sent instantly - arrived within 2 weeks.
And again 2 weeks ago I ordered 2x decks of cards, beer coasters, and 2x mouse pads - arrived yesterday.

I dont know if it is a matter of "which country" you live in

- but for me it all went perfect.

I'll let you know about my Carbon Chipset when I get it

Ok I called 'em today saying I have no bills for it as it is a kind of "loyalty present"

Answer: "You need to send the bill for it"

My voice goes up a little bit and I replied I DONT HAVE A BILL - its like a payback card you do collect points and get free gifts for it

Answer: "You need to send the documents for it"

I went to live chat and asked Jason how to go on - he told me to try the order history ---> print it and send it to this

Now I'll have to wait for a reply - if they still want money or bills for it - they can play poker for free or stick it ********* rantrantrant

Only good news is the chipset was send out 1 day after I ordered it

Phewwwwwwww didn't have to pay anything coz it's under some limits of value

so not worth all this paper war

I didn't even have to pay any postage , coz customs office has to send it for free now <-- all their fault

yess yess Carbon logo and value on the other side 5,25,100 and 500 but no dealer button

- no plastic though

Looks really nice but smells like elephant poooo - must be the painting
